So I got a Taiwan account and the SUN Taiwan, but is there an english patch I can download to make all the Chinese convert to english?

Are you referring to an English Patch for the game itself? Currently there inst a version of this game this site of the world. I believe its only limited to Korea and such.
This game seems to be a few months off for English Version. Best I could suggest is that you hit Korean forums for the game and search to see if they have sort of converter if there is even such a thing. Sorry...but welcome to Gameamp Network, glad to have you here.
